Website privacy notice
This covers the licitnote.co.za website. The Licit Note reception and doctor apps each have their own Privacy Policy, in their Settings.
What this website collects
Nothing about you. It has no accounts and no forms, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
Hosting
The website is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical details of each visit, such as your internet address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. We don’t use those details to identify you.
Note checks
Links that check a doctor’s note open on app.licitnote.com, which is part of the Licit Note service. What a check shows, and what it never shows, is explained in how to verify a doctor’s note and in the apps’ Privacy Policy.
Emailing us
If you email support@licitnote.com, we use your message and email address only to reply to you.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Email support@licitnote.com. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Changes
If this website starts collecting anything, we’ll update this notice and its date first.
